Better unification,
better care.
We deserve a world where purposeful connection and shared understanding toward mental health is the norm.

Why KeepInMind exists
Difficulties asking
for help
Due to obstacles, such as mental health stigma, people can wait up to 11 years after symptoms begin before seeking help for a mental health concern.
Finding a brave space can be challenging
A brave space is an outlet where you feel comfortable to freely express your thoughts, emotions, personal challenges, etc. People who lack social and emotional support have 2-3 times higher rates of frequent mental distress, stress, and depression than those who have adequate support.
Self-assessment is key
Around 50% of mental health conditions begin by age 14, and about 75% begin by age 24, making early recognition and support especially important. Some people may fail to recognize they need help in the first place.
Timely access is a necessity
Over 120 million Americans currently reside in a federally designated Mental Health Professional Shortage Area. Early intervention through timely assess to mental health support prevents worsening symptoms and crisis situations.
"What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, more unashamed conversation.”
